Consultations, Deposits, & Online Booking

First time clients will need to make a 50% deposit to secure an appointment. All new color clients must come for an in person consultation prior to booking. All current and new clients are required to have a card on file to book an appointment. This also helps expedite the check out process. We strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with their service. Please note that any unsatisfactory service must be brought to the attention of the stylist within two weeks of the initial appointment for a request to remediate. Cancellation Policy:

Creative Culture Hair needs a minimum of 24 hours notice to move, alter, or cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% charge of scheduled services. To change or cancel your appointment please email: booking@creativeculturehair.com Or call us at 972-838-7332. If you call us please leave a voicemail with your name, and reason for calling. *Canceling has been disabled through the Vagaro app.*

No Show / Late Policy:

There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are late to your appointment please keep in mind your stylist may need to alter the services that are scheduled. No shows and same day cancelations will be charged 100% of missed booked services. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged the full price of your missed appointment.
