Rachel is a Texas native who has been in the hair industry for over 13 years. As the owner of Creative Culture Hair, Rachel is passionate about educating others and sharing her knowledge of the hair and beauty industry.
In 2019 Rachel went out on her own and started working in Los Angeles to further expand her business and client portfolio. Rachel currently specializes in low maintenance, “lived in” hair color. Lived in hair color gives her clients the luxury of not having to return to the hair salon every month for color touch ups or highlights.
